Bow legs and Knock knees assessment

Bow legs Knock knees

Assessment for Bow legs / Knock knees

A child’s legs will grow and change alignment throughout their growing years. It’s perfectly normal for toddlers to have some degree of bow legs and also for kinder/ early primary aged children to be knock kneed. There is usually no need for concern unless the leg posture is severe, only one leg is affected, your child is experiencing pain or you feel the posture is worsening. If you have any concerns, Kids-Physio can assess your child’s leg posture and advise whether any follow up would be required.
